5am Fitness Club In Northampton

Here’s a quick glimpse of what our guys in the 5am Fitness Club in Northampton get up to.

We specialise in helping guys over 35 to ditch the stomach fat and get in great shape.

There is a structure to our workout week.

Mondays (which is what this was): Shoulders, Triceps, and Chest

Wednesdays: Legs

Fridays: Biceps, Upper back, Lats, Lower back

Every session then also combines weights used with high intensity cardio as well to maximise fat loss and preserver lean tissue.

We’re introducing a new 6am session as well soon, so keep an eye out.
