Here is another amazing success story from our client David, here he is to tell you all about it. 😊 Enjoy our 60 second interview.

Hi David

Firstly, well done on your achievements so far at Fitterbody Men. It has been great seeing you progress so quickly with your weight and body shape over the last few months. You should be super proud of the effort and commitment you have dedicated to yourself, to achieve this amazing goal.

Tell me something about yourself:

David, I have just turned 45, I work for the NHS, and moved to Northampton about four years ago

You have done amazingly well so far, but why is it that you wanted to make a change in the first place:

I’ve been over weight for a long time, I’ve tried exercising in the garage, lots of diets, but none of it has made much difference. My suits have been getting larger and larger, and I just seemed to be coasting along, not changing anything. My father died earlier this year and I thought if I don’t change what I am doing that will be me sooner than it should be.

So what results have you seen so far?

Since starting at the end of September my weight has gone done consistently, but more importantly I have noticed (as have others) a change in my bodyshape, I have had to get new clothes and tighten buy some new smaller belts. At work climbing the stairs to the second floor is now easy when previously I would be out of breath.

What is it you enjoy most about Fitterbody Men?

Firstly everybody is very friendly, I was made to feel welcome from my very first session. We all help and push each other. All of the coaches are very helpful, and take an interest in everyone. The early morning sessions are a great idea. I go to the session get home and then get ready for work, and spend the day feeling like I have already achieved something.

How much better do you feel about yourself?

I feel much better in myself and feel more energised. My friends and colleagues have all noticed a difference, and the comments have all helped to keep pushing me on.

What’s next for you?

I’ve signed up for the longer FBM programme, and want to make this a routine that keeps going. I have just joined a rugby club, and played for the first time in 25 years at the weekend, and will be playing regularly for the club. I have signed up for a 12K obstacle race next year and will be taking part on others. The main thing for me is keeping this momentum going forward, I would like to lose more weight and further improve my stamina.

If you could make one recommendation to someone considering joining Fitterbody Men, what would that be?

I would say try it as soon as you can, my only regret is that I didn’t sign up earlier.
